Abstracts
The article undertakes the analysis of holistic concept of emergence. This concept is treated as an antithesis for various types of individualistic approaches, especially for main explaining model i.e. methodological reductionism. Therefore the basic aim of this article is to focus attention on the problem of complexity and unpredictability of political space. In this sense the key role plays the emergence, which defines and explains qualitatively new processes, properties and structures in a given political reality. In this sense the article undertakes the following issues: 1. Defining the notion of emergence and the notion of multilevel structure, 2. Explaining the phenomenon of emergence of political space. Finally the article shows the advantages of the holistic concept of emergence while getting knowledge about the world of politics.
