Article relates also to presence of Muslim on Kenyan political arena, which is the key point in global social position analysis of that group as well as to mutual relations with Christian majority. I pay attention to Muslim marginalization in political life. My analysis refers to most important changes during the President Kenyatta and then Moya term of Office. I stipulate key political issues related to Muslim situation, namely: constitution amendment efforts leading to loss of privileges in justice system, terrorist attacks done by Muslim extremists, causing resentments in public opinion towards Muslims as a particular social group. I discussed also the problem of foreign state and non-governmental aid and empowerment to Muslim society. The context of Muslim countries policy towards Kenyan Muslims is also included.
