This article discusses the organisations for collective management of copyrights in the polish legal system. The most important aspects of International and European regulations are described in the context of their influence on Polish copyright law. The legal and functional fundamentals of organisations for collective management of copyrights are mentioned with their practically consequences. All polish organisations for collective management of copyrights and fields of their leading activities are listed and shortly presented.
