Transport is a basic area fostering the development of an economy, and therefore normative solutions promoting this area are becoming highly essential. Transport is an influential part of economic safety. Supervision and control in the area of road transport are two factors that affect transport safety, since they are two institutions serving to improve the quality of road transport business activity.
