W artykule podniesiono istotę pojęcia „rozumienie” w aspekcie inteligentnego przedsiębiorstwa. Przeprowadzone badania teoretyczne i empiryczne pozwoliły na wyłonienie rozumienia wewnętrznego i zewnętrznego. Rozumienie wewnętrzne w inteligentnym przedsiębiorstwie dotyczy sfer: pracowników oraz całego przedsiębiorstwa. Natomiast rozumienie zewnętrzne skierowane jest na otoczenie i potrzebę dostosowania przedsiębiorstwa.

The article raised the essence of the concept of “understanding” in the context of intelligent enterprise. Carried out theoretical and empirical research led to the emergence of understanding of internal and external. Understanding internal intelligent enterprise applies spheres: employees and for all-sized enterprise. While understanding the external environment it is aimed at and the need to adapt the company.
