W artykule przedstawiono etapy projektowania procesu technologicznego montażu na przykładzie reduktora walcowego. Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na te etapy, w których wykorzystano system PLM Delmia do symulacji montażu ręcznego reduktora. Przedstawiono miejsce wykorzystania konkretnego modułu pakietu. Przedstawiono również możliwości systemu, gdzie można m.in.: przygotować wirtualne makiety dla procesu montażu, podzielić proces na etapy (operacje, zabiegi, czynności montażowe).

The article presents examples of the use of the computer system Delmia (version v5) as a tool to support technologist – designer in the development of technological documentation of the assembly process. It shows the benefits of using this system as a class system Computer Aided Assembly Process Planning (CAAPP).
