The shopping center is now an important element of economic development. It sets modern solutions, creates architectural trends, changes the lifestyle. It becomes an element of the urban structure. The article presents an attempt to show the shopping center in the urban structure and the evolution of its functions that contribute to the development of trade. The research methods used are a review of current literature on the subject and own analysis using SWOT analysis.

Zamierzeniem artykułu jest przedstawienie głównego celu współczesnej ludzkości, jakim jest jedność cywilizacji światowej. Autor tekstu wyjaśnia pojęcie cywilizacji światowej, określa środki niezbędne do osiągnięcia wspomnianej jedności i przedstawia jej efekty. Jednym z opisanych środków niezbędnych do osiągnięcia jedności cywilizacji światowej jest rekonstrukcja programów edukacyjnych, a także postaw współczesnych społeczeństw wobec ludzkości całego świata. Dlatego autor wyjaśnia główne założenia rekonstrukcji społecznej i przedstawia edukację nie tylko jako środek, ale także jako cel głębokiej rekonstrukcji.
