Possibility of establishing an employee capital plan by a Deputy who employs staff

EN

Deputies’ offices do not constitute an economic activity of deputies, but are used to perform public functions. Therefore, the obligation to establish employee capital plans does not apply to Deputies. Moreover, MP’s cannot set up such plans voluntarily for their staff. In order to introduce such a possibility, the Act on Employee Capital Plans should be amended.
