Glosowanie przedmiotowego orzeczenia miało na celu poruszenie ważnych kwestii zarówno procesowych jak i materialnych zaistniałych w procedurze administracyjnej w przedmiocie udzielenia ochrony międzynarodowej. Sposób i zakres prowadzenia postępowania dowodowego, w tym zasadność przeprowadzenia dowodu z przesłuchania małoletniego, stanowi zagadnienie wstępne do kwestii materialnych poruszanych w glosie. Integracja obywatela państwa trzeciego ubiegającego się o ochronę międzynarodową a będącego małoletnim, jak i związana z tym zasada najlepszego interesu dziecka, wyrażona w art. 3 Konwencji o prawach dziecka, stanowią główne rozważania niniejszej glosy

The verdict of the verdict was aimed at raising important issues, both procedural and substantive law that occurred in the administrative procedure in the matter of granting international protection. The manner and scope of the evidentiary proceedings, including the legitimacy of the evidence from the interrogation of a minor, is a preliminary issue to the substantive issues raised in the judgment. Integration of a third-country national applying for international protection and being a minor, as well as the related principle of the best interest of the child, expressed in art. 3 of the Convention on the Rights of the Child are the main considerations of this vote.
