The author presents selected, most important findings of the Supreme Court's jurisprudence relating to the claim for remuneration for the period of unemployment related to the employee's reinstatement (Articles 47 and 57 of the Polish Labour Code). She focuses not only on substantive issues, but also on procedural issues.

Autorka referuje wybrane, najważniejsze ustalenia orzecznictwa Sądu Najwyższego odnoszące się do roszczenia o wynagrodzenie za czas pozostawania bez pracy pozostającego w związku z przywróceniem pracownika do pracy (art. 47 i 57 k.p.). Koncentruje się przy tym nie tylko na kwestiach materialnoprawnych, ale porusza również kwestie procesowe.
