Lessers pay various types of fees in connection with the signing of a leasing contract, including initial fees. The case law assumes that they are independent payments, not assigned to individual leasing installments, therefore they should not be settled in time and counted as tax costs once. The article identifies the features of the leasing contract and presents the dependencies that exist between individual installments of lease payments and the amount of costs. The occurrence of the initial lease payment affects the level of other fees, therefore it is not an autonomous payment and is interdependent on the remaining installments.For analytical purposes, five lease agreements were used, the subject of which were commercial vehicles.

Leasingobiorcy ponoszą różnego rodzaju opłaty w związku z podpisaniem umowy leasingowej, w tym opłaty wstępne. W orzecznictwie przyjmuje się, że są one opłatami samoistnymi, nieprzypisanymi do poszczególnych rat leasingowych, dlatego nie powinny być rozliczane w czasie, a zaliczane do kosztów podatkowych jednorazowo. W artykule wskazano cechy umowy leasingowej oraz zaprezentowano zależności, jakie istnieją pomiędzy poszczególnymi ratami leasingowymi a wysokością kosztów. Wystąpienie wstępnej opłaty leasingowej wpływa na poziom pozostałych opłat, dlatego nie jest to opłata samoistna, a współzależna od pozostałych. W celach analitycznych wykorzystano pięć umów leasingowych, których przedmiotem były samochody użytkowe.
