The study shall be treated as an attempt to sketch a legal nature of the REMIT inspection and regulation of the search (perquisition) in the Polish Energy Law with its critical points that reflect serious doubts in practice. The key point of reference is the regulation of the search process carried out by the Chief of Office of Competition and Consumer Protection. The subject of the argument is the right of the controlled entity to the subsequent judicial review of the search in antitrust law (right of complaint), based on which author is considering the completeness of the current regulation of the REMIT search.

Opracowanie stanowi próbę zarysu istoty kontroli REMIT i regulacji przeszukania w prawie energetycznym z ich punktami krytycznymi, które odzwierciedlają poważne wątpliwości w praktyce. Rolę podstawowego punktu odniesienia pełni uregulowanie przeszukania dokonywanego przez Prezesa UOKiK. Za oś wywodu obrano prawo podmiotu kontrolowanego do następczej sądowej weryfikacji przeszukania w prawie antymonopolowym, w oparciu o którą autor zastanawia się nad kompletnością obecnej regulacji przeszukania REMIT.
