Autor porusza problem efektywnego wykorzystania nowoczesnych metod dydaktycznych w procesie szkolenia ekspertów kryminalistyki, co wiąże się ze specyfiką pracy w dziedzinie badań kryminalistycznych oraz z wymaganiami i potrzebami nowoczesnego społeczeństwa cyfrowego. Celem niniejszego studium jest zanalizowanie aktualnego podejścia do szkolenia ekspertów kryminalistycznych i poszerzania ich umiejętności, a także systematyczne rozwiązywanie pojawiających się praktycznych problemów, z wykorzystaniem najnowszych metod dydaktycznych w danej dziedzinie. Badania zostały przeprowadzone metodą analizy istniejącego klasycznego podejścia edukacyjnego do szkolenia ekspertów kryminalistyki w poszczególnych dziedzinach. W świetle wymagań nowoczesnego świata związanych z digitalizacją wszystkich procesów społecznych i państwowych wyniki badań wskazują na potrzebę modernizacji podstawowych technik dydaktycznych. W artykule zaproponowano systemowe podejście do tego zagadnienia – opracowanie i wdrożenie najnowszych platform cyfrowych do szkolenia ekspertów kryminalistyki, którzy potem będą wykorzystywać je w celu efektywnego zastosowania zdobytych umiejętności w praktyce.

The author raises the issue of the effective application of modern approaches in didactics in the process of training forensic experts, which is related to the specifics of activities in the field of forensic examination and to the requirements and needs of modern digital society. The purpose of the study is to analyze the existing approaches to the training of forensic experts and their skills development, as well as systematic coverage of practical problems of application of the latest didactic approaches in the field. The research was conducted by analyzing the existing classical educational approaches for the training of forensic experts in relevant fields. Taking into account the requirements of modernity associated with the total digitalization of all social and state processes the research determines the need to modernize the basic didactic techniques. The article proposes a systematic solution to the problem – the development and implementation of the latest digital platforms for the training of forensic experts in order to effectively apply their upgraded skills in practice.
