Artykuł zatytułowany „Bezpieczeństwo ekonomiczne i globalizacja XXI wieku” identyfikuje i charakteryzuje istotę, które rodzi problem bezpieczeństwa ekonomicznego państwa w warunkach współczesnego rozwoju gospodarki światowej. Spojrzenie na nie z punktu widzenia ekonomii instytucjonalnej pozwala na wyróżnienie trzech istotnych otwartych podzbiorów, pozostających między sobą w ścisłych więzach współzależnościach. Pierwszy ma charakter metodologiczny; drugi wyrasta z podłoża zmian generowanych przez procesy globalizacji; trzeci zaś jest pokłosiem zmian cywilizacyjnych dokonujących się w świecie technologii i organizacji działalności gospodarczej oraz postaw ludzkich i społecznych.

The article was titled “economic security and globalization in the 21st century” identifies and characterizes the essence, which raises the problem of economic security in terms of the modern development of the world economy. Look at it from the point of view of institutional economics allows you to highlight three important open subsets of which are in strict ties. The first is the nature of the methodology; the second arises from the ground changes generated by the processes of globalization; the third is the result of lifestyle changes, engaged in the world of technology and organization of economic activity and human and social attitudes.
