Gwałtowny postęp technologiczny jaki dokona się w ciągu dwóch najbliższych dekad, zrewolucjonizuje warunki życia ludzi na ziemi. Będzie miał on również swoje konsekwencje dla bezpieczeństwa globalnego. Celem artykułu jest zidentyfikowanie przeobrażeń jakie dokonają się w sferze nowoczesnych technologii oraz dokonanie oceny ich wpływu na bezpieczeństwo. W artykule przedstawiono jaki wpływ na życie ludzi będzie miała sztuczna inteligencja oraz zidentyfikowano wyzwania i zagrożenia dla ich bezpieczeństwa. Wyjaśniono jakie konsekwencje niesie ze sobą postęp w sferze biotechnologii i w jaki sposób będą one wpływać na prowadzenie walki zbrojnej. Dokonano oceny przeobrażeń jakie dokonają się w sferze nanotechnologii oraz ich znaczenie dla prowadzenia działań militarnych i zapewniania bezpieczeństwa.

The rapid technological progress that will take place over the next two decades will revolutionize the living conditions of people on earth. It will also have its consequences for global security. The aim of the article is to identify transformations that will occur in the sphere of modern technologies and to assess their impact on security. The article presents the impact of artificial intelligence on people’s lives and identifies challenges and threats to their security. The consequences of progress in the field of biotechnology are explained and how they will affect the conduct of the armed struggle. The assessment of the transformations that will take place in the field of nanotechnology and their significance for conducting military operations and ensuring security has been assessed.
