Tekst ukierunkowany jest na refleksję nad pojęciem oraz praktykowaniem doradztwa, które wiąże się z potwierdzaniem przez uczelnie efektów uczenia się osiągniętych przez kandydatów na studia rożnymi, także nieformalnymi drogami (Recognition of Prior Learning, RPL). Temat wydaje się szczególnie aktualny w Polsce, gdzie dopiero od półtora roku legalnie funkcjonują uczelniane procedury w tym zakresie. Z perspektywy rezultatów kilku projektów zorientowanych na kształcenie kadr akademickich, zaangażowanych w te procedury, a także w kontekście doświadczeń polskiego Zespołu Ekspertów Bolońskich, przedstawiane jest podejście do zagadnienia „doradztwa RPL”.

The paper addresses the concept and practice of guidance as associated with recognition of prior learning (RPL) at HEIs. The RPL-related issues are a particularly pertinent theme in Poland as RPL regulations were officially put in effect at Polish universities only in 2015. The article draws on findings from several projects involved in the higher education reform in Poland and training the academic RPL staff as well as on experiences of the Polish Bologna Experts’ Team to outline a theoretical and practical approach to RPL guidance as viewed from an LLL perspective.
