The present article is about the continuities and changings in the foreign policy of Argentina in the XXI century. The governments of the Kirchner’s, Macri and Fernándeza were functioning in different international conditions and have to adequate their foreign policy to these conditions. The Peronist considered the foreign policy as part of the internal policy. Macri saw the foreign policy as the basic policy of the state needed to achieve the interest of the state and independently from the need of the internal legitimization of the government. Despite the announces of change in the foreign policy of the Kirchner’s and Macri there was several commons elements and the changes where not substantial’s. From the point of view of Argentina the most important where the relations with the United States and Latin America.
