GLOTTODYDAKTYCZNE ASPEKTY KSZTAŁCENIAINTERKULTUROWEGO I KOMUNIKACJI S t r e s z c z e n i e Niniejsza publikacja jest poświęcona glottodydaktycznym aspektom kształcenia interkulturowego i komunikacji mownej w tym zakresie. W uwagach wstępnych autor akcen tuje, że kształcenie inter-kulturowe z pomocą języka obcego koreluje nie tylko z podstawowymi założeniami modernizacji nauczania/uczenia się języków obcych wysuwanymi przez Radę Europy, ale przede wszystkim z humanistycznymi aspektami treści kształcenia, które powinny być ukierunkowane na kształtowanie homo moralis i homo communicus. W eksploracji postawionego problemu wyróżnia się determinanty ogólne: kognitywne, psycholo-giczne, dydaktyczno-socjokulturowe i pedagogiczne. Następnie autor szczegóło wo cha rakteryzuje tzw. determinanty bazowe, tj. kompetencję interkulturową i kompe tencję lingwokulturo znawczą oraz omawia czynniki warunkujące ich ukształtowanie. Tzw. determinanty bazowe stanowią w istocie rzeczy swego rodzaju subkom pe tencje w ramach globalnej obcojęzycznej kompetencji komunikacyjnej. Jest to podstawa do sformułowania szeregu implikacji glottody dak tycznych w zakresie kształcenia interkulturowego i komunikacji mownej, które wysuwa autor w końcowej części publikacji.  GLOTTODIDACTIC ASPECTS OF INTERCULTURAL EDUCATION AND COMMUNICATION Summary The present article is devoted to glottodidactic aspects of intercultural education and oral com-munication in this respect. In the introductory remarks the author emphasises that intercultural edu-cation through the foreign language correlates not only with the basic assumptions of modernising the teaching/learning of foreign languages, put forward by the Council of Europe, but most of all with the humanistic aspects of the teaching content, which should aim at shaping the homo moralis and homo communicus. The following general determinants are distinguished in the exploration of the problem: cognitive, psychological, didactic-sociocultural and pedagogical. Then the author characterises in detail the so-called base determinants, i.e. the intercultural and linguistic-cultural competencies, and discusses the factors determining the shaping of these competencies. The so-called base determinants constitute, as a matter of fact, a kind of subcompetencies within a global foreign language communicative competence. This is a basis to formulate a number of glottodidactic implications concerning intercultural education and oral communication, which the author draws in the fi nal part of the article.
