The article undertakes the issue of the way of communication through audiovisual media that is typical of the 21st century; its characteristics include digitalization, interactivity and a global range of effect. They make it possible for a super-continental network of information exchange to function. In global communication new models of communicating appear: allocution, conversation, consultation and registration, significantly influencing the situation of the sender and the recipient.
