The article presents research results conducted by Author on dialectical approach to time. In specific it describes one of time contradictions – “experience of time” where directions and strength of correlations with organizational entrepreneurship (from entrepreneurial management and entrepreneurial orientations perspective) are described. The results show positive correlations between reconciled time contradiction and organizational entrepreneurship.

W niniejszym artykule podjęto próbę zaprezentowania wyników badań prowadzonych przez autora nad dialektycznym podejściem do czasu. W sposób szczególny przedstawiono jedną ze sprzeczności czasu – „doświadczanie czasu” co do kierunku oraz siły oddziaływania jej godzenia z miarami przedsiębiorczości organizacyjnej (zarządzanie przedsiębiorcze i orientacja przedsiębiorcza). Uzyskane wyniki jednoznacznie wskazują na pozytywną korelację między poziomem godzenia tej sprzeczności a poziomem przedsiębiorczości organizacyjnej.
