This paper intends to an analysis of the adage from Juvenal-mens sana in corpore sano - within the philosophy of the Stoa, as a form of axiological aretology by to opoosition by teleological aretology, from the Aristotelian thought. This framework set out a new vision for the phenomenological relationship between physical activity and health.
