At the present prenatal diagnosis is usually only possible in the second trimester, amd so the possibility of a termination of a pregnancy at anything from 16 to 22 weeks gestation has to be faced. A full induced clinical labour is necessary to deliver the affected fetus, which, of course, a harrowing experience for the pacients. There is a great need for support and confort at this time. The couple naturally grieve for what was a wanted child, and this has to be recognized and by the staff concerned. Meanwhile, I ́m focused in the bioethical implications, and indeed according to the rights of the Prenatal diagnosis.
