Multimedia education is a process where both teachers and students constantly acquire skills to benefit from the most effective and innovative solutions that support the learning process. Multimedia education is education using digital media such as image projectors, multimedia boards and computers with the internet access. In multimedia education, multimedia will not replace a teacher, but a teacher who uses multimedia effectively will replace a teacher who does not have the ability to do so. The study includes analysis of: cost per participant in the multimedia education program, effectiveness, and the monitoring of learning outcomes. In Poland, there are no studies evaluating “how schools made decisions concerning IT equipment “.
