Sztuka miejscem świętości − temat, który przedstawia relację między sacrum a profanum. Kształtowana jest przez człowieka i niekoniecznie musi wypływać z przynależności religijnej. Nawet ludzie areligijni posiadają własne sacrum, którego troskliwie strzegą.

Art is a place where sanctity resides, a subject which presents a relation between sacrum and profanum. The relation is created by man and it does not have to come from religious affiliation. Even irreligious people have their own sacrum which is guarded protectively.
