Omówione zosta- ną zmiany w zakresie organów antymonopolowych, a także sądownictwa antymono- polowego w Polsce.

Continuous discussion about antitrust authority in Poland requires an analysis of its origins and development.In the article, the author wants to present the history of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection since the Cartel Act from 1933. Changes in antitrust authority and anti-monopoly courts in Poland will be discussed.
