Abstracts
The work is content oriented at the observation of human rights in so- cial services ́ institutions. Observation of human rights in social services ́ institutions has got a large meaning in this persons ́ lives, that allows that group of persons live more undepreciated. The work contains determination of terms human rights, disability, institutions of social services, social worker. The work describes international, European and Slovak legislation re- lated to human rights. In particular chapters of work we deal with explanation of terms human rights and social services ́ institutions. Large part of work is made up with system of human rights protection, international, European and Slovak, which deal closer with question of human rights.
