In the article it was attempted to determine conditions of development, important to Silesian Voivodeship and country, economic and social center, which is Pszczyna Poviat. It has been developed at level of deliberations focusing on importance for development of identified education center and active labor market policy (- further aprp). To determine the conditions allow made on Pszczyna’s entrepreneurs surveys and expert in-depth interviews in the second and third quarter of 2017.
