Artykuł, napisany z okazji jubileuszowego roku ks. Janusza Pasierba, ukazuje językowe wizerunki Boga, człowieka, jego życia oraz śmierci a także opisuje językowo-emocjonalne relacje łączących człowieka z Bogiem. Podstawę rozważań stanowiły 134 wiersze, zawarte w tomiku pt. „Po walce z aniołem”, zanalizowane pod kątem językowym, zgodnie z założeniami teorii językowego obrazu świata.

The article, written on the occassion of Father Janusz Pasierb's jubilee year, shows the linguistic images of God, man, life and death. It also describes linguistic and emotional relations binding man with God. The foundation for deliberations were 134 poems, inluded in the book of poems called After the fight with anangel, which have been lingusitically analysed in accordance with the assumptions of the theory of linguistic image of the world.
