Artykuł opisuje wybrane problemy wymowy polskiej. Powodem poruszenia zagadnienia są pojawiające się częste błędy w wymowie dziennikarzy, a także publicystów. Ciekawość badawcza skłoniła do zbadania, jakie nawyki związane z wymową występują wśród studentów Uniwersytetu Gdańskiego. Ankietę wypełnili studenci II roku logopedii studiów stacjonarnych oraz studenci niezwiązani z naukami filologicznymi. Wyniki ankiet pokazują, jaki jest stopień opanowania normy fonetycznej (akcent, wymowa wyrazów obcych, wymowa zbitek samogłoskowych).

The article describes selected difficulties of Polish pronunciation. The reason for discussing the issue are the mistakes frequently occurring in the pronunciation of journalists, speakers and publicists. Exploratory curiosity has induced to analyze University of Gdansk students’ pronunciation habits. A questionnaire has been filled in by speech therapy full-time sophomore students and students unrelated to philological studies. The results of questionnaires show the degree of phonetics norms learned (accent, pronunciation of foreign words, pronunciation of vowel clusters).
