W artykule zwrócono uwagę na ocenę przydatności wskaźnika satysfakcji do mierzenia jakości usług oferowanych przez bibliotekę akademicką. Wskazano na czynniki wpływające na wiarygodność oceny usług mierzonych wskaźnikiem satysfakcji. Badania przeprowadzono na przykładzie Biblioteki Głównej Politechniki Świętokrzyskiej.

In this paper attention was paid to assessing the suitability of the satisfaction rate to measure the quality of the services offered by the academic library. The factors influencing the credibility of the service assessment using the satisfaction indicator were indicated. The research was carried out on the example of the Main Library of the Kielce University of Technology.
