Studies on selfregulation in learningWe reflect on the selfregulation as a value for today, to emphasise its importance in the functioning of the people and selfactivity in the selfregulational process. The value of the selfregulation helps in the development and cognition, makes this process more successful. We based on the cognitive theory of learning process: activity of a person regulates her process of learning, using some deep and surface strategy and technique - individual schema of strategic activity. In this context we search selfregulation level in students of the Pedagogy (119 subjects) and Physical Education in Wrocław (360 subjects) and Opole (254 subjects). We indirectly conclude about the value the selfregulation has for students. We observed some differences among students with more experience in learning. The students of Pedagogy used more and much differently, deeper strategy as students of the Physical Education and PO.
