Are Exceptionally Fragile Bones less Normal than Exceptionally Helpful Neighbour – What does it Mean To Be Normal?Th is article presents the results of research on the concept of normality. Th e goal of the research is to identify factors aff ecting the process of classifi cation of human behaviour or features as normal. Th e collected data indicates that – in addition to the frequency of occurrence – rating the phenomenon as positive or negative is responsible for considering it as a normal or abnormal. In this article we will also show possible philosophical implications of the results. Th e study was conducted in compliance with methods of experimental philosophy.
