Public Management as a ScienceIn the paper an attempt is made to show in-depth study of the essence of public management science. It claimed to have a comprehensive new framework with which to approach to individual public organisations on all levels of managing public affairs. This new discipline opened up the public sector to the new perspectives. The research revealed the essence of public management. This is considering the public interest in processes of formulation and realisation of public organisations main goals.
