Voting as a Special Instance of Citizen Activity in Public Space and Her Psychological Conditioning. Proposal of Research ModelDemocracy contain the norm of active participation citizens in politics. Voting is the lowest level of politicial commitment, and manifest basic activities of citizen in public space. Motivation to take part in elections hinges on social, political and psychological factors.Research of group 200 students showed essential correlations between electoral and political activity and psychological attributes, such as internal locus of control, extraversion, openness to experience and conscientiousness
