Jej podstawę stanowi – w dużej mierze zmieniona – rozprawadoktorska Schützego, obroniona w 2005 roku we florenckimEuropejskim Instytucie Uniwersyteckim. Jak zaznaczono, od ukazaniasię niniejszej pozycji upłynęło już nieco czasu.
