International Journal of Contemporary Management (IJCM) is committed to publishing scholarly empirical and theoretical research articles, dealing with the complex and multidisciplinary challenges in contemporary management. The Journal covers a broad range of topics from a wide range of methodologies, and theoretical paradigms, focusing as much on encouraging new ideas or new perspectives on existing research. Manuscripts that are suitable for publication in the IJCM focus, especially but not exclusively, on domains such as structures, processes, organizational innovations, motivation, leadership, organizational behavior and organizational culture. IJCM publishes peer-reviewed case studies, reviews, conceptual contributions and empirical research of the highest quality.
