Consecutive anniversaries of the adoption of the Constitution of May 3, 1791 provoke reflections – as it has been for a long time. Reflections on the vision of Poland, and then on the state of Poland. In 2021, we are celebrating two anniversaries – the 100th anniversary of the March Constitution and the 230th anniversary of the May 3rd Constitution. In the newest issue of the Voice of Law (no. 7), now in preparation, we devote some space to both of these Acts. On the occasion of the 230th anniversary of the adoption of the Governance Act, we would like to remind you of a beautiful lecture on the Constitution, which was delivered on May 3, 1930 by Professor Stanisław Gołąb – an unmatched erudite and master of words, and at the same time an outstanding Civil Law lawyer from the Jagiellonian university, about whom we wrote in the previous issue. Only minimal spelling corrections are introduced to the text.

Kolejne rocznice uchwalenia Konstytucji z 3 maja 1791 r. skłaniały do refleksji - tak od dawien dawna. Refleksji nad wizją Polski, a potem nad stanem Polski. W 2021 r. obchodzimy aż dwie rocznice – 100-lecie Konstytucji marcowej oraz 230-lecie Konstytucji 3-maja. W najnowszym, przygotowywanym, „Głosie Prawa” (nr 7) obydwu poświęcamy nieco miejsca. Z okazji 230. rocznicy uchwalenia Ustawy rządowej przypominamy piękny odczyt na temat Konstytucji, który 3 maja 1930 r. na antenie Polskiego Radia wygłosił prof. Stanisław Gołąb – niedościgniony erudyta i mistrz słowa, a przy tym wybitny cywilista i procesualista Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego, o którym pisaliśmy w poprzednim zeszycie. W tekście dokonano jedynie minimalnych korekt ortograficznych.
