The idea of the franchising appeared the United States and quickly started being used in Western European countries, both through networks American, forming units franchising, as well as amongst local entrepreneurs. Systems best caught on in such countries as: Great Britain, Italy, Germany, Netherlands and Denmark. Determination, with broad market of systems franchising however a USA and China are. Both countries much surpass European countries in terms of the number of systems (e.g. Germany or Great Britain). Moreover a majority is singling them out in catering nets. Certainly it is possible to observe disproportions in the size of institutions franchising: in the United States they are being found twice more than in China.
