Institutional investors have been playing an increasing role in the global capital markets, therefore their influence on stock listed companies constantly grows. Findings of the research carried out among 18 institutional investors present on Polish capital market cast light on their opinions about the quality of corporate management or desired practices in this respect. Directions of changes required by the institutional investors are highlighted in the article.
