The paper commemorites 30-tieth anniversary of the date when Professor Jan Zieleniewski, Haed of the Praxiology Department Polish Academy of Sciences, died. His contribution to praxiological theory of organization was so reach that one may learn the mesage of his study in the context of contemporary issue of sustainability. The paper covers some of relevant characteristics related to the issue.
