The article focuses on tendencies in the formation in Christian diaconia for the clergy, religious and laity. The hierarchy members and, indirectly, lay leaders of Christian associations, are educated to do their leadership tasks in the spirit of love and service in particular communities. All the followers of Christ, without any exception, need appropriate formation in Christian lifestyle and charity.
