Artykuł podejmuje problematykę crowdsourcingu i jego operacjonalizacji. Crowdsourcing należy do nadal stosunkowo nowych kierunków badań. Nabiera on jednak znaczenia dla organizacji ze względu na jego potencjał w zakresie możliwości jednoczesnego pozyskiwania wiedzy z różnorodnych źródeł oraz organizacyjne uczenie się. Jednakże pomimo jego istotności i szczególnego znaczenia, nie ma zgodności badaczy co do sposobów jego pomiaru. Celem niniejszego artykułu jest próba przedstawienia propozycji operacjonalizacji pojęcia crowdsourcingu, z uwzględnieniem przeglądu dotychczas stosowanych w literaturze podejść do pomiaru. Dodatkowo artykuł zawiera propozycje wytycznych dotyczących pomiaru. Wnioski z systematycznego przeglądu literatury pozwalają na stwierdzenie, że istnieje konieczność pomiaru crowdsourcingu z uwzględnieniem trzech poziomów, tj. organizacyjnym, społeczności wirtualnych oraz indywidualnym.

The article addresses the problems of crowdsourcing and its operationalisation. Crowdsourcing still belongs to relatively new directions of research. However, it has been gaining significance for organisations due to its potential in the scope of possibilities of simultaneous acquisition of knowledge from various sources and organisational learning. Nonetheless, despite its significance and particular importance, researchers do not have the same opinions as to the ways of measuring it. The aim of this article is to attempt presenting a proposal of operationalisation of the notion of crowdsourcing, including a review of existing approaches to measuring this notion used in the subject literature. The conclusions from a systematic literature review enable to ascertain that there is a need to measure crowdsourcing taking into account three levels, i.e. organisational, virtual community, and individual. In addition, proposals of assumptions related to the measurement were included.
