The analysis of the professional teacher training in Ukraine nowadays allows to draw a conclusion about its extroversion at all stages: pre-higher school, pre-service and in-service education. The general conception and model of the pedagogical education, its priorities, structure, maintenance, traditional forms and technologies direct future teacher’s attention to the pedagogical environment: types of educational establishments, the maintenance of the subjects which are taught, a great variety of forms of education, in a greater degree to monologue interaction with the child and the staff as a whole. Democratic transformations of Ukrainian society of the last decade caused education reform. The educational systems have started to transfer accent from mass character to personalized attitude of pedagogical influence on a child. Studying the possibilities and conditions of individual development, conditions of self-disclosing and self-realization of a person at different stages of his or her life activity is both domestic, and the world tendency of creation of educational systems. Orientation on a person is also accurately traced in the pedagogical education.

Artykuł dotyczy psychologicznych i pedagogicznych aspektów procesu formowania się indywidualności nauczyciela. Autor podkreśla, iż jednym z perspektywicznych kierunków indywidualizacji procesu przygotowania nauczyciela jest tworzenie i rozwój wa-runków i technologii, które są najbardziej istotne dla realizacji przejawów indywidualizacji oraz stabilności rozwoju osobisto-zawodowego.
