Generally, the official discource as a specified instances of the institutional discourse are rather formal, stylistic as well as expressively neutral. In the paper are presented the attempts of humor provided into the official discourse. They are examined in the light of incongruity theory of humor by Veatch (1998). All the examples are taken from the original recorded and transcribed sources
