The aim of this article is to determine the impact of the energy factors on the US foreign policy. The article raises the issues of the modern energy system and energy security. The author demonstrates how the control over energy resources ensures the US political befefits.

Celem niniejszej pracy jest określenie wpływu czynników energetycznych na amerykańską politykę zagraniczną. W artykule omawiane są kwestie współczesnego systemu energetycznego oraz bezpieczeństwa energetycznego. Autor wykazuje w jaki sposób kontrola nad surowcami energetycznymi przynosi Stanom Zjednoczonym polityczne korzyści.
