Przedmiotem artykułu jest analiza i ocena poglądów w zakresie podejścia ekonomicznego do polityki mieszkaniowej w polskiej naukowej literaturze po 1989 r. Problematyka ta zawarta jest w publikacjach IGM i ZM IRM oraz innych. W podejściu badaczy spoza IGM i ZM IRM zaznacza się między innymi liberalne, ściśle ekonomiczne podchodzenie do problematyki mieszkaniowej. Wiele poglądów i wniosków tych badaczy potwierdza przy tym stanowiska autorów z IGM i ZM IRM.

The subject of the article are the analysis and evaluation of views on the economic approach to housing policy in the Polish scientific literature after 1989. This matter is contained in the publications of IGM and ZM IRM, and others. The approach of researchers from outside the IGM and ZM IRM selects, among others, liberal, strictly economic approach to the issue of housing. A number of views and proposals of these researchers confirms this position by the authors of IGM and ZM IRM.
