Zagadnienie dostępności informacji zawartych na stronach internetowych instytucji publicznych dla osób głuchych i słabosłyszących należy rozpatrywać osobno. W tym opracowaniu najpierw przedstawię kwestie związane z korzystaniem z Internetu przez osoby głuche, a w kolejnej części przywołam zasady zebrane w standardzie WCAG 2.0.

The accessibility of information contained on the websites of public institutions for the deaf and hard of hearing should be considered separately. In this paper, first the issues related to the use of the Internet by the deaf will be introduced, and the principles collected in the WCAG 2.0 standard will be mentioned in the next section.
