EN
Being a special relation between a leader and a group of people leadership generates various challenges of the ethical nature. On the one hand, inability to meet them uncovers dark sides of leadership, on the other one, respect to the moral rules gives some positive patterns. Reconstruction of those opposite poles of leadership in business is an attempt to show its ethical dimension.
