Zagadnienie efektów organizacji, a konsekwentnie i efektów zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi, jest jednym z najistotniejszych dla współczesnych nauk zarządzania. Celem opracowania jest przegląd wybranych, współczesnych podejść teoretycznych do efektów zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi. Dokonana w artykule analiza porównawcza trzech ujęć teoretycznych dostarcza możliwości nie tylko w zakresie porządkowania, ale również tworzenia nowych problemów badawczych.

The organizational outcomes as well as consequences and effects of human resource management are one of the most important questions facing modern management sciences. The aim of this paper is to look at selected, contemporary theoretical approaches to the outcomes of human resource management. The comparative analysis of the three main theoretical approaches conducted in the article provides possibilities for not only applying order, but also new opportunities for research.
