The present article analyses the issue of inter-institutional cooperation in the process of the enactment of the law and its impact on quality of the law. In this context the article touches upon the following more specific questions: the very notion of inter-institutional cooperation; the concept of the law for the purposes of the article; factors affecting the inter-institutional cooperation during the process of the law enactment; the object of inter-institutional cooperation in the process of the enactment of the law; as well as the essence of the quality of the law which is the ultimate goal of inter-institutional cooperation in the process of the enactment of the law.
